My name is Jorge Martins, I'm 38 years old. I am a Licensed Acupuncturist (C-0501041) & Chinese Medicine Practitioner (C-006911) and also founder of Clínica Sintra Saúde.

I have trained as a TCM practitioner (2004-2009), in Lisbon, and also did internships in Nanjing, China, in both 2008 and 2009.

I've started my career in 2006, back then collaborating with gyms and clinics in Lisbon area. 

Back in 2011, a great opportunity came up! I decided to work abroad, as an Acupuncturist onboard cruise ships. 

The experience was a success! An invitation came for me to supervise the team of Acupuncture specialists on board the 116 cruise ships distributed throughout the world. I was the first Portuguese, and until now the only one, to play this role of great responsibility.

At the end of 2015 I returned to Portugal and in April 2018 I fulfilled my old dream of bringing together specialists from various areas to start Clínica Sintra Saúde.
