Transpirar \u00e9 fulcral&#8230; mas\u00a0tudo conta!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bebe \u00e1gua suficiente? <\/strong>Beber\u00a08 copos de \u00e1gua por dia \u00e9 uma boa forma de come\u00e7ar. Comece por um copo ainda antes de ir \u00e0 casa de banho de manh\u00e3 e outro antes do pequeno almo\u00e7o. O objectivo \u00e9 chegar aos 4-5 copos de \u00e1gua antes do almo\u00e7o.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quantas horas passa sem comer?\u00a0<\/strong>Evite jejuns superiores a 3-4 horas. \u00c9 nos <em>snacks<\/em>\u00a0que a maioria das pessoas peca! Em vez de barras de cereais ou\u00a0bolachas, prepare fruta, iogurte (sem a\u00e7\u00facar), nozes e outros frutos secos no in\u00edcio do dia para que se possa saciar\u00a0nos intervalos entre as refei\u00e7\u00f5es principais. E n\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a da \u00e1gua!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Azeite \u00e9 GORDURA!\u00a0<\/strong>Todos os alimentos t\u00eam a sua utilidade, mas nem todos nos\u00a0servem individualmente. Se o seu objectivo passa por perder peso, diminuir o colesterol, o consumo de azeite tem de ser diminu\u00eddo. D\u00ea prefer\u00eancia a cozidos e\u00a0estufados. E lembre-se: comer sopa tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 beber \u00e1gua&#8230; numa forma disfar\u00e7ada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evacua diariamente?<\/strong>\u00a0As contas s\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de fazer: nem tudo o que consumimos \u00e9 absorvido pelo organismo, pelo que algo dever\u00e1 ser eliminado.
