Nada como lan\u00e7ar, hoje, um tema neste espa\u00e7o dedicado aos homens. E porqu\u00ea? Escrevo este guia de&nbsp;psicologia para homens porque no dia a dia, em consultas, acompanho in\u00fameros pacientes homens que partilham alguns dos desafios aqui abordados. Express\u00f5es como &#8220;\u00e9 assim&#8221; (a encolher os ombros) ou &#8220;n\u00e3o quero chatear ningu\u00e9m&#8221; s\u00e3o muito comuns. Se se rev\u00ea nelas, n\u00e3o est\u00e1 de todo sozinho. A ideia deste artigo n\u00e3o passa por partilhar &#8220;solu\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e1gicas&#8221;, mas sim ideias que o possam ajudar e saber quando far\u00e1 sentido falar com um especialista sobre sa\u00fade mental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Porque \u00e9 (ainda) dif\u00edcil para muitos homens falar de emo\u00e7\u00f5es?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por um lado, o homem \u00e9 ainda em algumas fam\u00edlias o modelo de &#8220;for\u00e7a&#8221;. Espera-se que seja l\u00edder, resolva problemas e&#8230; trabalhe. Torna-se desconfort\u00e1vel pedir ajuda, sendo eventualmente sentido como um sinal de fraqueza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sinais de alerta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pedir ajuda \u00e9 resolver problemas. \u00c9 um sinal de for\u00e7a! \u00c9 agir contra algo nos perturba, nos deprime ou rouba a alegria do dia a dia. Aqui v\u00e3o alguns pontos aos quais dever\u00e1 prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o (e agir):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Irritabilidade, impaci\u00eancia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sintrasaude.pt\/en\/blog\/combater-a-insonia\/\">sono<\/a> (acordar v\u00e1rias vezes, dormir demais ou s\u00f3 adormecer de madrugada)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perda de interesse no que antes lhe dava prazer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sintrasaude.pt\/en\/blog\/dias-de-vento-e-torcicolos\/\">Tens\u00e3o no pesco\u00e7o<\/a>\/mand\u00edbulas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sintrasaude.pt\/en\/blog\/acupuntura-dores-de-cabeca\/\">dores de cabe\u00e7a<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumir mais \u00e1lcool, tabaco, comida ou&#8230; tecnologias<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar conv\u00edvio\/socializar (a t\u00edpica desculpa do \u201cn\u00e3o tenho tempo\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-fe48e5de wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color has-text-align-center wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fresha.com\/pt\/book-now\/clinica-sintra-saude-c3zdtvvj\/services?lid=131089&amp;oiid=sv%3A1967920&amp;share=true&amp;pId=121957\">Marcar Consulta de Psicologia<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Criar uma rotina de sono:<\/strong> hora de deitar\/levantar est\u00e1vel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exerc\u00edcio (moderado, se n\u00e3o estiver habituado)<\/strong>: 20-30 minutos de atividade moderada 3x por semana ou, no m\u00ednimo, uma caminhada vigorosa 15 min por dia (no m\u00ednimo, fa\u00e7a transpirar a camisola!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reduzir um dos v\u00edcios<\/strong>: sejam eles alimentares, tab\u00e1gicos ou mesmo tecnol\u00f3gicos. Os pequenos ecr\u00e3s s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por uma imensa perda de horas e horas. Se \u00e9 o seu caso, consulte o relat\u00f3rio de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do seu telefone\/tablet (ex: se tiver um iPhone\/iPad, v\u00e1 a defini\u00e7\u00f5es \/ Tempo de Ecr\u00e3. Alerta: vai-se assustar!&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deve procurar ajuda psicol\u00f3gica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos temos fases menos positivas, geralmente tempor\u00e1rias. Contudo, deve procurar ajuda profissional, tal como a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sintrasaude.pt\/en\/psicologia\/\">Consulta de Psicologia<\/a>, se verificar os seguintes crit\u00e9rios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sintomas h\u00e1&nbsp;&gt; 2\u20133 semanas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impacto vis\u00edvel no trabalho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es nas suas rela\u00e7\u00f5es familiares ou sociais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Altera\u00e7\u00e3o brusca do seu estado de sa\u00fade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pensamentos de des\u00e2nimo\/auto-desvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tamb\u00e9m aplic\u00e1vel neste quadro, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sintrasaude.pt\/en\/acupuntura\/\">acupuntura<\/a> pode ser \u00fatil para&nbsp;regular o sono,&nbsp;diminuir tens\u00e3o f\u00edsica&nbsp;e&nbsp;reduzir sintomas de stress.
