Estima-se tamb\u00e9m que cerca de 1\/4 dos portugueses sofra&nbsp;de ins\u00f3nia, sendo na sua maioria mulheres e idosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consequ\u00eancias negativas da ins\u00f3nia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A priva\u00e7\u00e3o de sono provoca efeitos negativos para a sa\u00fade e aumenta a propens\u00e3o para o desenvolvimento de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, diabetes, hipertens\u00e3o, obesidade e at\u00e9 mesmo o desenvolvimento de doen\u00e7as psiqui\u00e1tricas. O est\u00edmulo visual e sonoro pode agitar a mente. Opte por exerc\u00edcios de respira\u00e7\u00e3o abdominal, dando maior \u00eanfase \u00e0 expira\u00e7\u00e3o e pausando antes de voltar a inspirar.
